We want you to love your Sole Sisters Grip socks! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
