Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.00 per order

  • Free Shipping: on orders over $50 within the U.S.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on promotions or carrier changes.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States.

  • International shipping may be added in the future — stay tuned!

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

  • If your order is lost or delayed, please reach out to us at solesistersgrip@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
